On August 2nd, 3rd, and 4th your hosts had the opportunity to go to Halo Outpost Discovery in Chicago, an event put on by 343 Industries that created a real life Halo experience. With a couple of Media badges and a measurable ton of excitement, the duo set off into the Outpost Discovery. What they found there was awe inspiring, emotional, and very personal.

A little more than a year ago Caleb’s grandfather, Christy’s husband, passed away unexpectedly. As the doctors were transitioning him between floors in the ICU, our two hosts took a moment to distract themselves with what they assumed would be a fun, quirky mobile game. Yet upon completing Florence, they realized that what they had experienced was far more important.

We had to wait 5 years after Mass Effect 3 for another title in the series. After the end of Mass Effect 3, fans were curious which direction the series would go. The answer? The Andromeda Galaxy.
